1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to the My Green mobile application. My Green helps users record and review greenkeeping activities such as mowing, irrigation, fertilizing, turf conditions, product applications, disease or stress observations and maintenance notes.

2. Information you enter in the app
My Green allows you to manually enter and store greenkeeping journal data, including:
- mowing records, mowing height, direction and clippings information;
- irrigation records and water amounts;
- fertilizing records, fertilizer formulas and nutrient calculations;
- soil temperature, soil moisture and weather condition notes;
- disease, stress and treatment observations;
- product application records;
- general maintenance notes.
3. How your information is used
The information you enter is used only to provide app features, including:
- displaying your maintenance history;
- calculating nutrient summaries and yearly progress;
- showing condition trends and greenkeeping insights;
- preparing fertilizer calendar suggestions;
- supporting journal export features;
- helping you make day-to-day green maintenance decisions.
4. Data storage
My Green stores your journal data locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled by the system, your data may also be stored in your private iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud services.
The developer of My Green does not operate an external server for storing your private journal entries and does not access your private greenkeeping records.
5. Location and weather
My Green may request access to your device location to provide local weather information and weather-based context for your green. Location access is optional and can be changed at any time in iOS Settings.
Location data is used only for weather-related app features. My Green does not sell location data and does not use it for advertising tracking.
6. Data sharing
My Green does not sell your data.

Some features may use Apple services, such as iCloud, WeatherKit and In-App Purchase. These services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.
7. In-App Purchases
My Green may offer premium features through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment and purchase processing is handled by Apple. My Green does not receive or store your payment card information.
8. Data deletion
You can delete individual journal entries inside the app. You can also delete the app from your device.
If iCloud sync is enabled, some data may remain in your iCloud account according to Apple’s iCloud settings. You can manage iCloud data through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
9. Children’s privacy
My Green is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
